A change of tenancy void period can be the ideal time to keep on top of essential ongoing maintenance or refurbishment works.

In order to achieve an optimum rent and low tenancy turnover we recommend that rental properties are kept in the best possible condition. This also leads to less unplanned maintenance costs during a tenancy.

Dorset Lettings offers a comprehensive refurbishment management service for void properties. This is usually charged at a fixed percentage of the final contractor invoice, alternatively we can charge at an hourly rate.
