Our fully managed Landlords benefit from the production of detailed inventory reports prior to every tenancy and then a comprehensive checkout of the property at the end of the tenancy.
We would actively encourage all landlords to use this service.
This process gives landlords the maximum protection in the event of a dispute over the security deposit at the end of the tenancy. Without a signed inventory there is no way of proving the condition of a property at the start of the tenancy, when it comes to checkout and the return of the deposit.
